Posive cap: used as a  sealing  component, positive  terminal and safety valve. When a battery is misused, for example, overcharged or overdischarged, high pressure is formed inside the battery, gas will come out from the safety valve in the positive cap, while gas pressure reduces, the safety valve reseal automatically so that to avoid a battery explosion resulting from misuse.

Electrode: the place  for electrochemical reaction that generates  electric current.

Separator: to absorb electrolyte and separate positive electrode from negative eletrode to avoid short circuit.

Electrolyte: to transfer electric current between positive and electrode.

Battery handling
Do not incinerate or dismantle batteries, cell components are corrosive and may be harmful to skin and eyes.
Do not  pull  on  battery  lead  wries  or connector. Excessive force on the  leads or connectors can damage the welding point or other connections.
Do not use different types of batteries in the same battery assemble.
Do not solder directly onto battery. Please solder onto a contact pin for connection.

Charging and discharging
Charge the battery before first application in a low current.
We  do  not  recommend  paraller  charging. parallel charging will cause irregular charging current.
Never short-circuit or reverse polarity in the application of batery.
If the battery has been deep-discharged,a prolonged charging time is required to bring the battery back to full capacity.

Storage
Please store batteries in a cool, dry place.
After a long storage time(e.g. over six months),the battery is demanded to cycle(charge/discharge)in low current for 3 times to restore full capacity.
Do not store large quantities of batteries in a densely packed condition when they are in a fully charged or partially charged state.
