A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, CDR, AI or TIFF format.

5. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone NO., fax No., destination airport or sea port, ransportation method.
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any.

6. Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.

7. Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port ).

A: We accept terms of Paypal,T/T,West Union in advance or L/C at sight
